About the Role This is a highly detail-oriented administration role supporting senior leadership across payroll, data entry and general office operations. The position is critical to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of contractor onboarding, payroll processing and invoicing, while maintaining high standards of administration and communication. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter new starter information into payroll and superannuation systems on a weekly basis. Process weekly timesheets into payroll systems and spreadsheets, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. Generate and issue invoices based on timesheets within required timeframes. Cross check payroll and client invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency. Prepare payroll and accounts payable data for banking processing. Manage worker compensation claims and liaise with relevant authorities. Process and submit superannuation data monthly in line with compliance requirements. Submit employment confirmations and manage Child Support obligations weekly. Provide administrative support to recruitment activities, including candidate documentation. Maintain accurate filing systems for payroll and creditor documentation. Deliver high quality word processing and documentation support as required. Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring accurate record keeping. Provide reception support when required. Skills and Experience Required Demonstrated experience in administration, payroll or data entry focused roles. Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data processing. Strong numerical, literacy and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Professional communication skills and a courteous, client focused approach. Completion of Year 12, with a Certificate in Business Administration highly regarded.
