About the role We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to step into a Team Lead position with a well-established Queensland-based allied health organisation in Toowoomba, QLD. This is a permanent full-time role combining clinical practice with leadership, mentoring and service development. You will support a mixed caseload across the lifespan including Support at Home, aged care, NDIS and private clients, delivering services across clinic, home and community environments. Alongside your clinical work, you will mentor clinicians, support student placements and contribute to the ongoing growth of services in the Toowoomba region.
