This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their work, step into a leadership position, and play a key role in the continued growth of our business. This role is ideal for a motivated electrician ready to move into (or already operating in) a supervisory or leading hand position, with the capability to become the company nominee. About the Role You'll take the lead on all electrical works across our renovation projects, managing jobs from start to finish while overseeing a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape processes, drive quality, and grow the division. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage all electrical operations across the business Supervise and support tradespeople and apprentices Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical works across multiple projects Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with Australian Standards Work both independently and collaboratively within the wider team About You You're a capable and motivated Electrician who takes pride in your work and is either already in a leadership role or ready to step up into one, with real responsibility and long-term rewards.
