Doors Plus is an Australian owned company which has been in operation since 1989. We currently have 22 stores located across Australia and are the largest seller of retail doors in the country. We are well known for our No Fuss! brand and are considered an industry leader in the home renovation door market. This role is a key role within the screen and shutter order process. From the moment an order is placed through to fulfilment, customer resolution and everything in between, the Process & Inventory Coordinator is the person who keeps it on track. You'll handle customer queries on orders and services, liase with production teams and act as the internal expert on these products. Alongside that day-to-day ownership, you are encouraged to actively look for ways to improve and automate the processes you run. This role requires: Essential Hands-on experience in order management, operations coordination, or a similar role - in a product, manufacturing, or trade environment preferred High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite Experience working in an ERP or dedicated order/inventory management system Strong communication skills — you can confidently and calmly handle intense discussions with customers, suppliers, and team members. Organised, detail-focused, and able to work autonomously. Desirable Experience creating or maintaining SOPs and business procedures Familiarity with process mapping tools (MS Visio or equivalent) Demonstrated track record of process improvement, including through automation (Power Automate, Excel macros, scripting, or similar tools Working knowledge of inventory management principles and COGS drivers Exposure to change management in an operational context What’s in it for you?
