This role provides the opportunity to step into a broad payroll position with exposure to HR operations and global processes. The Role This is a part-time position (3 days per week), with flexibility on how the hours are structured, whether that’s three full days or a mix of full and half days to suit your schedule. You’ll take ownership of payroll processing for ANZ while also supporting a range of HR administrative functions and projects. Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing, including monthly and occasional off-cycle runs Managing superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory contributions Supporting annual processes such as bonus cycles and salary reviews Working closely with HR on employment contracts, salary adjustments, and policy updates Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and HR-related queries Maintaining and updating internal HR systems and portals (including SuccessFactors and internal platforms) Assisting with global HR initiatives and reporting requirements Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail About You Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing Strong understanding of payroll legislation, super, and payroll tax Experience with systems such as SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) Comfortable supporting HR administration alongside payroll duties High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams What’s on Offer $100K – $110K Super (pro-rata, 3 days per week) Flexible working arrangement across 3 days Northern Beaches location Supportive team and structured handover If you’re looking for a flexible part-time role with variety across payroll and HR, this is a strong opportunity to step into a well-rounded position.
