The Role As our Creative Lead, you will lead and elevate Mingle’s creative output across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role. You will be writing, ideating, shaping and executing in real time. You will: Develop campaign ideas that cut through and drive conversation Turn insights into culturally relevant creative concepts Lead copywriting across campaigns, social, packaging and performance Create scripts and concepts for Meta and TikTok that drive measurable results Translate product and consumer insights into compelling narratives Work closely with content, design and performance teams to bring ideas to life Continuously test, iterate and optimise creative based on performance About You You live and breathe culture, content and creativity. You likely come from an agency or in-house environment where speed, relevance and performance matter.
