You will step into a high-visibility role, managing the end-to-end delivery of a premier portfolio of sponsors, including global tech giants, Big 4 consultancy firms, and national government bodies. The Role This is a sophisticated coordination role sitting at the intersection of commercial delivery and high-level event logistics. This is not a "pure admin" position; it is the "engine room" of the partner experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that every contractual deliverable—from speaker slots at national summits to digital brand activations—is executed to a world-class standard. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Delivery: Manage the coordination of contractual obligations for elite-tier partners, ensuring all branding, content, and event entitlements are met. Executive Engagement: Act as the professional "first point of contact" for senior stakeholders and partners, managing inquiries with the gravitas required for a C-suite environment. Operational Governance: Maintain the "source of truth" for the partnership portfolio, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track contracts, schedules, and reporting milestones. Event Integration: Collaborate with a high-performing national events team to ensure sponsors are seamlessly integrated into flagship programs and industry-leading conferences. About You You are a detail-obsessed professional who thrives in "prestige" environments. While you enjoy the operational side of coordination and administrative precision, you possess the maturity to manage boundaries and expectations with senior external stakeholders. Experience Required: Proven Coordination Background: Experience in sponsorship delivery, agency-side account coordination, or high-end event-led partner relations. Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you are comfortable navigating professional environments with senior leaders. Tech Savvy: High proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) and the MS Office Suite. Rights to Work: You must have full Australian working rights as this is a permanent, Sydney-based role. Package & Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $92,000 Base Super.
