This is a hands-on, project-focused Financial Controller role, ideal for someone who thrives in transformation environments. You will act as the Finance lead on the D365 implementation, working closely with senior leadership, IT, and Group stakeholders to ensure a successful system rollout. Key Responsibilities D365 Implementation & Delivery Lead Finance input into the D365 implementation project Translate business requirements into system design Validate configurations across GL, AP, AR, banking, tax (GST), intercompany, and reporting Partner with IT and project teams to resolve issues and drive delivery Data Migration & Integrity Oversee finance-related data migration from AX to D365 Validate opening balances, subledgers, and system mappings Ensure reconciliation between legacy and new systems Testing & Go-Live Lead Finance UAT including test scenarios, execution, and issue resolution Support cutover planning and ensure readiness for go-live Process Improvement & Reporting Design future-state finance processes aligned to D365 capabilities Identify automation and reporting improvements Support development of budgeting and reporting frameworks Stakeholder Engagement Partner with CFO, CEO, Finance, and Group stakeholders Provide guidance to a junior finance team and drive knowledge transfer About You CA/CPA qualified 8–12 years’ experience in Financial Control or similar roles Background in Financial Services (non-negotiable) Proven experience delivering D365 ERP implementations Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, tax, intercompany) Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in lean environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Why Apply?
