The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role sits at the heart of the Group Finance function and plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and executive stakeholders, delivering insights that influence business performance at the highest level. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA-qualified professional looking to further develop their commercial acumen within a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation, consolidation, and ongoing enhancement of Group financial reporting templates Deliver monthly Group reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights for leadership teams Support the Group budgeting and forecasting process, consolidating inputs across regions Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives and product innovation Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and data structures, leveraging ERP/EPM systems Key Requirements: CA qualified with 4–6 years’ experience in accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance Background in a Group FP&A role within a listed organisation (ASX, NZX, or global equivalent) Strong financial modelling, reporting, and analytical capabilities Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets Exposure to ERP/EPM systems (Oracle highly regarded) Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
