Job description Troocoo are seeking a Procurement Transformation Specialist for a short-term contract through to the end of 2026. This role will support the enhancement and optimisation of procurement processes within a mining client environment. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to translate ideas, pain points, and requirements into clearly defined, actionable initiatives aligned to process, policy, and technology improvements. Key responsibilities Support the identification and development of procurement and digital improvement initiatives Translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation and structured deliverables Develop process maps and supporting materials to enable analysis and decision-making Assist in the prioritisation and planning of improvement initiatives aligned to strategic objectives Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, technology, and broader business teams Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and ways of working Skills and experience Experience in procurement, supply chain, business analysis, or a similar role Exposure to mining or a similar industry is desirable but not essential Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and practical outcomes Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence effectively High attention to detail and strong analytical capability Apply Click ‘Apply’ or contact Hayley Wilson, Principal Consultant – Procurement, Contracts & Supply Chain at or for more information.
