About the role Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) stands as a leading provider of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs in Victoria. Working within the state’s integrated family violence response framework and adhering to No To Violence (NTV) standards, you will lead and deliver group programs that challenge harmful behaviours, promote accountability, and drive lasting change for men, families, and communities. There are three great casual opportunities for skilled individuals, with the expectation of weekly evening shift. Groups are facilitated at our centre located in Cranbourne North or at our off-site venues across Dandenong, Narre warren, Pakenham, and Cranbourne . The base rate for this role is $64.12-$68.74 per hour (inclusive of casual loading). About you Degree in Social Work, or a related field. Graduate certificate in Male Behaviour Change Group Facilitation (preferable). Previous experience facilitating to groups of similar content in Community Sector. Demonstrated understanding of the men’s behaviour change (MBC) process and the gendered nature of family violence and commitment to living non-violently. Commitment to enhancing the safety of women and children who have experienced male family violence. We provide Professional development and Career progression opportunities.
