Settlements Officer Location: Waterloo - Onsite Salary: $80k - $90k Super Core Mandate: This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end settlement process for home loan applications, ensuring all files progress smoothly from unconditional approval through to settlement with accuracy and compliance. The Role: Manage a pipeline of home loan files from unconditional approval through to settlement. Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and manage PEXA settlements. Liaise with lenders, brokers, solicitors, and settlement agents. Complete document verification and quality checks. Coordinate funding and disbursement requirements. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders. Ensure settlements are completed on time and in line with lender requirements. Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail. Who We’re Looking For: 2 years’ experience in mortgage settlements and using PEXA. Experience managing a pipeline of loan files and meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Confidence working in a fast-paced lending environment.
