Our Head Office provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham’s residential, housing, community care and NDIS services. Your new role As the People & Culture Partnering and Operations Manager , you are a key member of the P&C leadership team, embedding values and leading a partnering model that balances strategic direction with practical delivery. You will coach leaders, influence outcomes and strengthen organisational capability to enable a safe, inclusive and high performing workplace. Key responsibilities Partner with leaders to deliver workforce strategy, culture and performance outcomes Provide expert advice across the employee life cycle, recruitment, employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and organisational design Lead and develop a high performing P&C team and partnering model Oversee remuneration, benefits and people governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity and compliance Build trusted relationships and contribute to organisational strategy and leadership decision making About you Experienced P&C leader with strong expertise across employee and industrial relations Proven ability to coach and influence leaders, and build high performing teams Strategic thinker with strong judgement and a practical, solutions focused approach Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and navigate complexity Committed to social justice, equity and inclusive workplace practices Why join us?
