This is an exciting opportunity for motivated, experienced Counsellors at our Melbourne FRC centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV). About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role involves delivering trauma-informed counselling and therapeutic case management to clients experiencing complex trauma. You will manage a caseload across therapeutic programs, providing assessment, support, referrals, and evidence-based interventions, while contributing to service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and accurate reporting to achieve positive client outcomes. The role is based in Melbourne CBD and is part-time temporary until July 2026 working Tuesdays to Fridays . The base salary range is $98,027 - $105,084 (pro-rata) per annum . About you Tertiary qualification in psychology, counselling, social work or a related field, with relevant professional membership. Proven experience in trauma-informed counselling, therapeutic case management, and supporting individuals or families with complex trauma. Strong communication and crisis management skills, with the ability to assess needs, provide interventions, and work effectively with diverse client groups.
