Contract Administrator – Commercial & Institutional Projects ($8M–$30M) We’re working with a well-established commercial builder delivering a strong pipeline of institutional projects across Perth, typically ranging from $8M to $30M . This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator looking to step into a well-supported team environment, working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager and Site Manager who will mentor and develop your career. The Role You’ll play a key role across both office and site, with projects primarily located south of the river . This is a balanced position offering variety and real project exposure.
