About the Role You will be the key point of contact for clients during the pre-construction and customer service phase, managing documentation, contracts and enquiries while working closely with drafting, estimating, construction and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the customer journey from Contract Signed to Construction Start, ensuring all documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time Handle customer service enquiries, variations and contract queries with a professional and solutions-focused approach Review and manage contracts, construction plans and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance before construction Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to coordinate pre-construction milestones Provide clear communication and guidance to clients throughout the pre-construction process About You Proven experience in Customer Service and/or Pre-Construction within a residential home builder Strong construction knowledge with the ability to read and interpret plans and drawings Confident managing contracts, documentation and client enquiries Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Professional, calm and client-focused communicator Why Apply?
