Due to growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their office-based team. About the Role: This is a hands-on role supporting the Construction Manager with project administration, contracts, procurement, and financial tracking. You’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, subcontractors are managed efficiently, and all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts for subcontractors and suppliers Process invoices, payments, and track variations Maintain electronic and hard-copy project files Obtain quotes, assist in negotiations, and report on project costs Ensure subcontractor insurances are current and compliant Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Skills & Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in construction administration or contracts support Understanding of civil/subdivision construction Strong MS Office skills; experience with Cheops or similar software is a bonus Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills Tertiary construction qualification or diploma desirable Why This Role?
