Property Support Officer 6-month contract, with a possible extension Sydney-based Must be an Australian Citizen The Role Our Federal Government client is seeking a proactive Property Support Officer to join their Cashflow & Equipment Finance (CEF) team. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that plays a key role in managing property assets that support economic and community outcomes across Australia. Key Responsibilities: Review property‑related contracts and trust deeds to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assess property conditions and coordinate repairs to prepare assets for sale or lease. Manage end‑to‑end property sale processes. Support lease renewal activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication. Conduct property inspections, with occasional travel to site locations. Provide administrative support across the property portfolio, ensuring accurate record‑keeping. Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required. Key Capabilities: 2–3 years’ experience in property management or a closely related field. Strong ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience drafting clear, concise reports and memoranda. Organised, reliable, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
