At Dysons, we’re looking for caring, compassionate people to join us as Casual School Bus Supervisors , supporting students with specialist needs and/or intellectual disabilities on their journey to and from school. This role isn’t just about supervision — it’s about connection, reassurance, and care. As a School Bus Supervisor, you have the opportunity to: Help students feel secure and supported De‑escalate anxiety through patience and empathy Celebrate progress, no matter how small Play a positive role in a young person’s daily routine About the Role Casual, on‑call work during school terms only Morning and afternoon school runs (split shifts, Monday to Friday) Supporting students on Students with Disability (SWD) routes Working closely with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators Ensuring safe, respectful pick‑up and drop‑off of each student Being part of a team that puts care and dignity first Who We’re Looking For You don’t need previous experience — what matters most is who you are. This role is ideal for people who are: Kind, patient, and empathetic Naturally caring and community‑minded Comfortable working with children with additional needs Reliable and able to build positive relationships Available for split shifts during school terms You will need to be resilient and have the ability to think clearly under pressure.
