About the role: Join our Vulcan Aluminium site as a Trade Counter Sales. Standard hours: 8am - 4pm however, some flexibility might be offered. A willingness to learn and strong customer focus are key to success in this role. We offer support and opportunity to upskill! What you will be responsible for: Assisting walk-in customers with a range of product enquiries Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries Preparing sales quotes and orders Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process Requirements Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and part of the team Attention to detail Intermediate computer skills Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.
