Partnering closely with Executive and General Managers, you’ll bring clarity to financial performance, risks and opportunities, while supporting effective planning, reporting, financial insight, analytics to support decision making across CUTO, as well as providing finance support to the Technology Finance Business Partnering function. Your new role As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide high‑quality financial insight and decision support to the Chief Underwriting & Transformation Office (CUTO), partnering with Executive and General Managers to strengthen planning, performance and reporting across the portfolio. Partner with senior leaders on planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting Act as the primary finance adviser to CUTO General Managers Deliver accurate monthly performance reporting with clear insights Analyse performance to identify key drivers, risks and opportunities Develop scenario modelling, dashboards and KPIs Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement across finance processes Support the Technology Finance Partnering function with key processes and continuous improvement. About you You’re a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions through insight and analysis. You’re confident operating at senior level, comfortable challenging assumptions, and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Proven experience in finance business partnering or FP&A, ideally within an expense‑based portfolio Strong ability to deliver clear, impactful financial insights to senior leaders Solid analytical, technical and financial modelling capability Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (CA/CPA/CIMA preferred) Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
