We are currently looking for multiple suitable candidates for our Ground Transport Officer role. You will work on a rotating shift roster, alternating between night and day shifts, covering our car parks and outside terminal forecourt. Your key responsibilities will be: Providing guidance, information, and assistance to all Perth Airport visitors Delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer enquiries Conducting patrols and routine inspections of Perth Airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities Identifying any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity and ensuring area safety Maintaining accurate records related to health and safety, training, and customer service We are looking for a candidate who has: Proven history and passion for working within a customer service space Proven experience working in outdoor environments, on your feet, for long periods of time will be highly desirable. Great listening skills and communication abilities The composure to handle challenging situations A full Driver's Licence A WACE certificate (or equivalent) Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (pre-requisite Construction White Card) or the willingness to obtain these qualifications Experience in RIIWHS302D - Implement traffic management plan and RIIWHS250D - Control Traffic with a stop-slow bat would be highly desirable, along with a First Aid qualification About Us: We offer a dynamic, supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
