Duties may vary from providing personal care assistance and performing domestic tasks to assisting them to engage in social activities and shopping external to their home. Travel between participants’ homes will be required. Participants will be allocated wherever practical in your chosen region. About you To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing rights-based person-led care and improving people's quality of life. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, and confident to respond to various situations and meet the needs of our participants. You will also have: • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability • Proven ability to effectively manage time and organise workload • Strong computer literacy • Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificates. • Reliable and registered vehicle and current Comprehensive car insurance. • Current driver’s licence • Willingness to undergo a National police check and provide proof of rights to work in Australia We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
