CG Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand (2IC) to join a national manufacturer and distributor of high-quality kitchen benchtops , based in Moorebank . Permanent Day shift: Monday to Friday roster, 7am-3pm/ 8am-4pm Duties: Oversee daily production to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved Coordinate workflow and prioritise jobs effectively Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members Liaise with management regarding progress, performance, and any issues Assist with day-to-day operations and team coordination Manual handling tasks Operate overhead crane and forklift to load slabs onto trucks and vehicles Conduct stocktakes, RF scanning, and data entry Load and unload trucks Maintain a safe and organised work environment Ideal Traits: Strong communication skills Previous leadership or supervisory experience Excellent communication and problem solving skills Fit and strong – ability to lift 20-25 kg consistently Forklift experience (2 years) Reliable, organised & hardworking Mandatory Requirements: Own Transport and Drivers Licence Forklift licence Able to pass a medical & police check Have full rights to work in Australia General Benefits: Free on-site parking Weekly team lunches Paid parental leave If you are who we are looking for apply now as we are looking to get this role started ASAP!
