This role involves outbound calling, engaging with prospective clients, and gathering key information to pass on to the sales team. The ideal candidate is persuasive, results-driven, and able to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy. The Lead Generator will work as part of a collaborative team to generate leads for residential solar sales consultants, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success. Key Requirements : Outbound Phone Call Experience : Proven experience in making outbound calls, ideally in sales. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong call control and ability to build rapport with potential customers, providing a professional and positive experience. Negotiation Skills : Excellent ability to engage customers and persuade them to consider solar solutions. Job Responsibility : Outbound Calling and Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in Nexa Solar’s residential solar solutions. Engage customers with confidence, providing clear and compelling information about the benefits of solar energy. Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer needs, property suitability, and energy usage. Lead Qualification and Appointment Scheduling Qualify leads by gathering key information on customer requirements, property specifications, and energy consumption. Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads and close sales. Ensure all relevant information is passed on to the sales consultants to help them close deals effectively. KPI and Target Achievement Work to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Track and report on lead generation performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Meet set KPIs, such as the number of calls made, qualified leads passed, and appointments scheduled. Customer Relationship Management Maintain and update customer information in CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and past interactions, ensuring that no opportunity is missed. Provide excellent customer service, answering initial inquiries about solar products and services professionally and accurately. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead quality and improve conversion rates. Share customer feedback and insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the lead generation process. Assist the marketing team in generating new leads and improving the overall effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. Reporting and Performance Tracking Regularly track and report on individual performance metrics, including calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer interactions, contributing to the optimisation of lead generation strategies. Assist in improving lead generation processes and techniques based on performance data and feedback.
