The Opportunity We have secured a local property and are currently onboarding our first clients. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate team to hit the ground running. Flexibility: Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities (mornings, afternoons, and nights). Competitive Pay: $34.58 to $37.73 per hour shift loadings (SCHADS Award) 12% Super. About You You are a grounded, proactive professional who values choice and control for people with disabilities. To join us, you’ll need: A current NSW Driver’s Licence & willingness to drive. Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates. A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC). Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
