Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as required Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Interpret project specifications, drawings, and instructions to achieve desired finishes Ensure high-quality workmanship with attention to detail and consistency Carry out interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties Select and mix paints to achieve required colours and finishes Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on-site Identify and resolve surface or coating issues during application Qualifications & Experience Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Painter Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods Experience in residential and/or commercial painting projects Ability to read and interpret job specifications and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to perform manual tasks Apply Now!
