SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for a Head of Procurement to join our Commercial Services team. About the Opportunity This role is responsible for providing proactive, future focused leadership to the Procurement, Logistics and POS Teams, setting and delivering the strategic direction for procurement and supply chain operations across the business. It ensures all team goals, deliverables and service expectations are achieved in line with business priorities, while driving continuous improvement, efficiency and commercial value across procurement, logistics and inventory processes. This position also offers strong guidance, coaching and support to team members to build capability, alignment and high performance, and partners closely with leaders across the business to ensure supply chain solutions are robust, reliable and commercially sound. About You You hold a university degree or equivalent (preferred) and bring 7–10 years of mid to senior‑level experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a comparable commercial discipline. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build positive, influential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading teams and mentoring direct reports is essential. You are proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level and capable of analysing, interpreting, and evaluating complex information. You communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats and have a solid understanding of ERP systems. Familiarity with well‑known procurement platforms and knowledge of F&B inventory control principles will be highly regarded. What's in it for you?
