Job Description We are seeking a Junior Release Management Analyst to support and execute end‑to‑end release management activities across complex technology environments. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst looking to deepen their release management capability while working closely with senior release leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders. You will play a critical hands‑on role in planning, coordinating, and governing release‑managed changes, ensuring releases are delivered safely, predictably, and in line with agreed processes and controls. Key responsibilities: Support the end‑to‑end Release Management lifecycle, from planning through execution and post‑release activities. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of forward release schedules, including patching activities and multi‑vendor or multi‑project releases. Perform day‑to‑day release coordination activities, working with internal and external technical teams responsible for build, test, and deployment. Ensure all changes and associated tasks are raised, tracked, and managed in accordance with defined policies and procedures. Act as a key point of contact for Release Management activities, supporting effective communication across stakeholders. Qualification About You: 3 years’ experience in Release Management, Change Enablement, or a closely related IT service management discipline. Proven experience working in structured release environments, supporting complex or enterprise‑scale releases. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across technical and business teams. Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives, with a mindset for efficiency and automation. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools); strong Excel skills highly regarded. Additional Requirements: Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance. This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations. On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
