An opportunity has arisen for an MRP Controller on the TADRS program, this role will undertake Inventory Management (Supply and Repair) of Lockheed Martin components for Deployable Systems Sustainment. Your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the management of CoA-owned product IAW the requirements of the Defence Logistics Document Suite (DLDS) Contribute to the management of LMA-owned product using LMA’s Inventory Management System and Supply Support policies and procedures Oversee repair pipelines for all ERP managed product to ensure all targets are met and exceeded Contribute towards Deployable Systems team local procurement activities Communicate with LMA counterparts and associated external stakeholders to expedite or investigate critical items Contribute to obsolescence management by reporting on known issues and their status Review quotations for repairs and parts through verification of part numbers and configuration status from technical data Raise, track and report on the status of purchase requests for inventory required to support LMA maintenance and supply support activities Undertake inventory management and procurement duties for stock items Perform goods receipting within Asset Rollout Tool About you: To be successful it's essential you demonstrate the following: Significant relevant experience within a professional logistics environment and/or relevant qualifications to diploma level Substantial experience in Defence or similar logistics areas of procurement,, inventory control & asset management Well-developed use of Inventory Management Tools Ability to deploy a strong customer partnering focus Strong knowledge of MSD Inventory/Maintenance Management System Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes (LNIDS) Well-developed knowledge of Asset Rollout Tool Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
