Urgent requirement of SAP S/4 HANA FICO Lead Consultant - Contract - Sydney Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO module implementations and enhancements. Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance processes. Configure SAP FICO module to meet business needs and ensure integration with other SAP modules. Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities during project phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows. Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues related to FICO functionality. Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10 years of experience in SAP FICO module with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Strong understanding of Record To Report processes. Expertise in SAP configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead functional streams in large projects. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA certification in FICO. Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies. Exposure to international rollouts and multi-country implementations.
