The Opportunity By joining our talent pool, you will be considered for upcoming roles across a variety of mine sites, typically on FIFO 8:6 rosters, working alongside experienced training and safety teams. These opportunities will see you step into key roles supporting operations during critical periods, including shutdowns, project ramp-ups, and ongoing workforce development. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of mobile plant, site environments, and operational structures, allowing you to make a real impact while expanding your experience across the industry. The Tasks Ahead: Mentor and coach personnel to maintain a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with site Training and VOC procedures Deliver training, assessments, and VOCs on mobile plant equipment including: CAT D10 Dozers CAT 16/18M Graders Hitachi EA3500AC Dump Trucks CAT 785 Dump Trucks Liebherr 9400 Excavators (with SME support) CAT 773/777/785 Water Carts CAT 992 Loaders Conduct VOCs for high-risk work including: Confined Space Working at Heights Forklifts Loaders EWPs Cranes and Gantry Cranes Facilitate general inductions for new starters and contractors Maintain training records and compliance documentation Work closely with site supervisors and safety teams to align training with operational needs About You You are an experienced and confident mobile plant professional who enjoys developing others and improving safety through effective training. You’re hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across different sites and teams.
