Commercial Maintenance Plumber Role $50$55 per hour Super OT Further Allowances Your new company You will be working for a global facilities management and technical services provider, who currently works across all states in Australia and is working across several high-profile contracts and landmark sites in each state. In this role you will be joining their technical services division and becoming part of one of their key service and maintenance contracts across a commercial portfolio. Your new role In your new role as a Maintenance Plumber, you will be part of their Service division and become part of a large team of plumbers and tradesmen servicing a large commercial client base across NSW. In this role there will be a requirement for regional work and working away from home overnight, but, of course you will receive all additional allowances, and it is a perfect role for someone looking for variety in their day to day. Your general responsibilities will be as follows : Preventive and reactive maintenance tasks Use of reporting tools and pricing of works Other ad hoc facilities tasks required by the client Adhering to health and safety procedures TMV & Backflow (If you don't have the ticket they will put you through it) Fault-finding and breakdown work What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in commercial maintenance plumbing Cert III in Plumbing Plumbing Licence Ability to pass a police check TMZ & Backflow (Preferred but not essential) Valid Driver's Licence What you'll get in return The opportunity to join a globally recognised company as a Maintenance Plumber with real career progression opportunities down the track A strong hourly rate of $50-$55 super and further potential earnings through overtime and staying away from home allowances.
