Your Role as an Occupational Therapist You’ll deliver person-centred services across aged care, disability, community, and wellbeing settings. You’ll empower individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully by: Assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to understand their goal Create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that support independence and daily living Deliver hands-on support to help clients with self-care, work, and leisure activities Recommend and set up equipment or home modifications to improve safety and function Work closely with families, carers, and other health professionals to ensure seamless care Provide practical advice on things like fall prevention, energy use, and stress management Keep clear and up-to-date records of your sessions and progress Join team meetings, case discussions, and learning opportunities to keep growing This is a part-time position consisting of 30 hours per week.
