As an Early Childhood Practitioner, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team to deliver meaningful support through the NDIS, helping families achieve their goals. About The Role Deliver supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families. Provide early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through National 360's 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach. Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans. Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic. Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play. Registration with the relevant governing body. Minimum 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector. Experience and understanding of the NDIS is highly valued. Experience working within the early childhood setting. Access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence. You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check. Full-time or part-time role available, minimum 3 days per week.
