Senior Speech Pathologist – Team Lead Connect Paediatric Therapy Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Karratha. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician dedicated to empowering families and mentoring staff within the allied health sector. The Role As the Team Lead, you will provide high-level clinical services while guiding our Speech Pathology team. Your responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and diagnosing communication and feeding disorders in children and young people. Developing and delivering evidence-based intervention plans (individual, group, and telehealth). Providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development training for staff. Collaborating with families, schools, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients with complex needs. Ensuring all services align with NDIS requirements and Speech Pathology Australia’s Code of Ethics. National Police Clearance and 100-point identification check. Current C Class driver’s licence.
