The Opportunity Kickstart your career with the HLB Mann Judd Vacation Program! We’re inviting students in their penultimate year of study the chance to participate in our three-week formal paid learning experience, with opportunities available across our Winter 2026 and Summer 2027 Programs. Our vacation employment program is designed to provide students with the invaluable opportunity to gain a unique insight and exposure to the diverse disciplines our firm has to offer. We are accepting applications from candidates for our programs across the following streams: Accounting Streams (Business Advisory Services & Corporate and Audit Services) and Tax Wealth Stream (Wealth Management Services) The Placement Streams willl be split between: Business Advisory Services and the Corporate and Audit Services Divisions for three weeks (with half of your time spent in Business Advisory Services and the other half spent in Corporate and Audit Services). Tax Advisory Services for three weeks. Wealth Management Services for three weeks. Throughout the program, you’ll be paired with a mentor, receive support from HLB Mann Judd staff, and gain hands-on experience through accounting or wealth management tasks and case studies. By participating, you’ll discover what it’s like to work at HLB and assess if we are the right fit for launching your career. There’s even the potential for an early offer of Graduate employment with us for 2028! About You Undertaking an Undergraduate University Degree in Commerce or Business with an Accounting major (required for the Business Advisory/Corporate and Audit Services stream), Accounting/Taxation or Law major (required for the Tax Advisory Services stream) or Finance/Financial Planning major (required for the Wealth Management Services stream). You will be in your penultimate (2nd last) year of study in 2026. Undertaking the required subjects to be eligible to commence the CA Program. A credit weighted average mark or above.
