16th March, 2026 Drill Fitter – FIFO 2:1 Roster | $80–$90/hr | Multiple Mine Sites (WA) We are currently seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our team supporting several mining operations across Western Australia. This is a FIFO opportunity offering a 2:1 roster , competitive hourly rates, and the chance to work on a variety of modern drill fleets across multiple sites. What’s on Offer $80–$90 per hour (depending on experience) FIFO 2:1 roster Multiple mine sites available across WA Long-term opportunities with reputable mining operations Work on modern drill rigs and equipment Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on surface and/or underground drill rigs Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Conduct scheduled servicing and inspections on drilling equipment Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain productivity Complete maintenance reports, service sheets, and job documentation accurately Maintain high safety standards and comply with all site procedures Work both independently and within a maintenance team in a mining environment Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience working on drill rigs in a mining or heavy industry environment Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and mobile plant maintenance Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently in field conditions ✅ Requirements Australian-recognised Trade Certificate Current National Police Clearance Current Driver’s Licence Please note: applicants on a 482 visa or not currently residing in Australia cannot be considered.
