We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent (Rotable Components) to join our team based in Mackay. This role is responsible for leading warehouse maintenance activities and ensuring that plant, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to the warehouse maintenance team while ensuring compliance with company systems, site procedures, and relevant statutory requirements. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement. This role will operate on a 5:2 Monday to Friday roster. Key Role Tasks : To measure and manage the repair, return and issuing of Golding owned rotable components; Work with the site plant teams and other Plant Division personnel to understand the forecast usage of Golding rotables and resolve instances of excess demand; Continuously review existing stock holdings to ensure future demand can be met and surplus and redundant stock is not rebuilt and/or disposed; Manage the external cost service and repair partners to ensure cost effectiveness, timeliness and quality of repairs; and Identify opportunities to expand the rotable stock program where additional value can be added to the Golding business. Key Capability requirements : Trade qualification or degree in maintenance (essential). Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role , ideally within mining, construction, heavy industry, or logistics environments Strong working knowledge of SAP with proven ability to manage work orders, reporting, and maintenance planning. Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to develop and motivate teams. Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
