Position Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role safeguards financial integrity and organisational assets, ensures compliance, and drives operational effectiveness across finance, procurement, facilities, and risk, supporting strategic objectives and delivering member value: Lead full financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and variance analysis. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely management and board reporting. Oversee tax compliance, payroll governance, and treasury/investment activities. Supervise procurement, vendor contracts, facilities operations, and WHS compliance. Drive risk management, insurance, internal controls, audits, and governance frameworks. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, system optimisations, and finance projects Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership, finance committees, and the Board. Profile CA/CPA/CIMA qualification Extensive financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax compliance, and profitability analysis. Proficient in financial systems, with experience preparing and presenting reports and business cases to senior leadership. Skilled in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with probity standards. Curious and inquisitive mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity Proven leadership and people management experience. Highly organised, adaptable, and independent, with strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and awareness of data security and privacy requirements.
