Duties and responsibilities in the role will include;- Timely processing of vendor invoices and credit notes Accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor statements Support in relation to escalated invoice mismatches Support issue resolution in relation to vendor payments and send requests for credit notes Support month end close activities Support intercompany reconciliation Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational Responsible for general support of BA and Country Finance through the AP process Your value You will come from a background working in an accounts payable role working for a medium to large scale business working with a broad scope of suppliers. You will also showcase the following attributes;- Strong customer service skills Analytical thinking and the ability to problem solve Team player and the ability to take responsibility and work unsupervised Financial accounts systems experience Highly organised, dedicated to the role and able to priorities SAP, Aurora or Basware is highly advantageous (but not essential) The opportunity This is a standout opportunity to further your skills and experience with a world-renowned OEM.
