Family Lawyer – min 3 years pae A well‑established family law practice is expanding due to a steady influx of quality work and is looking for a Family Lawyer who gets it. You will be confident running files, commercially minded, and ready for a role where your growth is limited only by your own ability. You’ll work under a highly experienced senior family lawyer , with the support of junior lawyers and a team that genuinely collaborates. What the role involves You’ll step into a broad family law practice with exposure to the full spectrum of matters, including: Parenting disputes, including complex and high‑conflict matters Family violence and child protection issues High‑net‑worth and complex property disputes Binding Financial Agreements (including pre‑nups) Out‑of‑court dispute resolution, negotiations and mediations Running your own files with autonomy, with senior guidance when needed Working closely with a highly experienced family lawyer on strategy and complex matters Collaborating with and guiding junior lawyers This is a role for someone who can take ownership, manage clients with maturity, and handle sensitive matters with confidence.
