Humanised Group have partnered with a QLD Government department and are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Expert (EAM) to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation and re-platforming program within a major enterprise environment. This role will play a key part in the design, configuration, support, and optimisation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions integrated with broader SAP modules. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions Provide expert support across EAM and integrated modules (PS, IM, procurement/inventory) Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements Deliver system documentation, configuration specs, and best practices Support system upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct user training and knowledge transfer Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards Contribute to solution design decisions and architecture improvements Key Requirements Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA , particularly EAM Proven background working on large-scale SAP environments Experience with integrations (Project Systems, Inventory Management, Procurement) Solid skills in functional design, configuration, and documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Experience with system integrations and service-oriented architecture Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to Have Experience in S/4HANA transformation or migration programs Background in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments Ability to mentor team members and share knowledge
