Construction Worker/Builders Labourer – Reybarra Welding (Broome, WA) Reybarra Welding is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker/Builders Labourer to join our team in Broome. We specialise in general welding, steel frame fabrication, and steel supply for both residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing business and gain hands-on experience across a variety of construction sites. What you’ll be doing: Perform routine tasks in workshop prefabricating building components Assisting trades with day-to-day tasks Supporting the Leading Hand to keep jobs running smoothly Handling and preparing materials, including steel components Operating and maintaining power tools Maintaining a clean and safe work environment What we’re looking for: Minimum 12 months’ experience in construction or labouring Strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team Good physical fitness and ability to work in tropical conditions White Card (or willingness to obtain) What we offer: Salary between $85,000 – $95,000 Full-time, permanent role in Broome Supportive team environment
