THE OPPORTUNITY: A Role Where You Can Make Your Mark This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of production, service, and continuous improvement. You'll own manufacturing projects from initiation through to delivery — coordinating teams, managing contractors, solving problems before they become crises, and constantly looking for smarter ways to operate. You won't be handed a perfect playbook. You'll help write it. This role is right for someone who thrives in a start-up-style environment, is comfortable making decisions without complete information, and has the drive to build something that lasts. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own production and service projects from initiation to completion — coordinating teams, hitting timelines, and keeping quality high. Championing a culture of operational excellence — and holding the line on quality Requirements WHAT YOU’LL BRING We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Essentials: 4 years of project management experience in a production, manufacturing, or maintenance environment Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships — without burning them A direct communication style: you say what you mean, and you follow through Experience in an unstructured or start-up environment — and a track record of bringing thoughtful process to it Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make a call when it matters A continuous improvement mindset — you're never satisfied with "good enough" Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. Highly regarded: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management (or equivalent experience) Project management certification (Agile, PMBOK, PMP, Prince2, or similar) Experience with Google, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Fleetio Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or other quality/safety management systems Candidates must possess full working rights for Australia. Pre-employment checks (including driver license history and police check) will be conducted at our expense.
