The Role We are seeking a motivated and client‑focused Graduate Migration Agent to join our immigration team. This is an entry‑level role ideal for candidates who have completed a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice, with a strong interest in Australian visa and migration processes. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior Migration Agents and support the delivery of high‑quality immigration services. Key Responsibilities Assist Registered Migration Agents with client enquiries and preliminary consultations to assess visa options and eligibility. Prepare, review, and help lodge visa applications and related documentation for a range of Australian visa categories. Conduct research and interpret Australian migration legislation, policy updates, and procedural requirements. Maintain accurate case records, client correspondence, and documentation in migration case-management systems. Communicate with clients, government departments, and external stakeholders via email and phone to provide updates and assist with information requests. Support team members in preparing submissions, responding to client queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay informed of legislative changes and participate in professional development activities. Requirements · Must hold a current Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) . · Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice is highly desirable. · Knowledge of Australian visa subclasses, migration procedures, or willingness to learn. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with migration case-management software (such as Migration Manager) is a plus. · Professional and empathetic approach to client service.
