Shellharbour ⏱️ Full-time | Permanent Established 3-chair centre | Leadership opportunity | Career growth Our Opportunity We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Centre Leader to lead our Shellharbour dental centre , a modern 3-chair clinic with a supportive team and growing patient base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Centre Leader or Practice Manager, or a Senior Dental Assistant ready to step into leadership , to take ownership of daily operations while continuing to grow their leadership capability within a supportive national network. As Centre Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive team culture, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an outstanding patient experience. What you’ll be doing Leading the day-to-day operations of a 3-chair dental centre Managing team rostering, workflow and patient coordination to maximise efficiency Coaching, supporting and developing your centre team Monitoring centre performance and helping drive key operational and patient service KPIs Managing stock control, reporting and centre presentation Supporting dentists to ensure efficient and high-quality clinical delivery Partnering with your Regional Leader to support centre growth and performance What we offer Permanent full-time role with job security Established 3-chair clinic with a loyal patient base Competitive salary package Support from experienced regional and national teams Ongoing leadership development and training Clear career progression pathways within a growing organisation A collaborative and supportive workplace culture About you You’re an organised, confident and people-focused leader who enjoys running a centre efficiently while supporting your team to succeed. You’ll bring: Experience in dental or healthcare operations , ideally in a leadership or senior support role Confidence managing rostering, scheduling and patient coordination in a busy clinical environment Experience supporting or driving centre performance and operational KPIs Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and practitioners A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to step in where needed A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care Why join us?
