Baker – Bakers Delight (Swan Hill, VIC) Bakers Delight Swan Hill is seeking a reliable and motivated Baker to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment. Key responsibilities: Check ingredient quality and prepare dough (kneading, maturing, shaping, fillings) Bake large quantities and adjust temperature and timing as needed Load and unload ovens Prepare products for sale Clean equipment and maintain a tidy workspace What we’re looking for: At least 12 months’ baking experience Availability for early mornings, late nights, and weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced team and under pressure Good understanding of HACCP and OHS/WHS Knowledge of bakery techniques, including hand moulding and dough fermentation Strong work ethic, initiative, and communication skills Passion for baking What we offer: Salary between $75,000 – $80,000 Stable, ongoing role Supportive team environment
