Role Overview: The company is looking for Truck Mechanics / Diesel Motor Mechanics (ANZSCO ) to inspect, maintain, and repair their fleet of trucks, ensuring all vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and operational. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues. Perform preventative maintenance and repair components, including powertrains, brakes, fuel, steering, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Verify vehicle performance through test drives and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Ensure workshop equipment is in serviceable condition. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workshop environment. Requirements: Proven experience as diesel truck mechanics or similar roles. Strong knowledge of truck systems, diagnostics, and maintenance. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
