We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team - whether you're an experienced Sales Consultant or a Sales Cadet ready to start your career in automotive sales. About the Role You'll work closely with dealership leadership and the wider sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive vehicle sales across our growing brands and locations. Your responsibilities will include : Assisting customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles across GAC, CUPRA and INEOS Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives Following up enquiries and building strong customer relationships Achieving individual and team sales targets Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer communication Supporting dealership events, campaigns and promotional activities Representing the values and professionalism of Bayside European Motor Group About You We're open to both experienced sales professionals and entry-level candidates with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
